POLICIES

PREPAYMENT

  • The guest has to pay the payment for the first night after the reservation.
  • The available payment methods are BANK TRANSFER, CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, and CASH.

CANCELLATION

  • The guest will be charged the payment for the first night if it is canceled after the reservation.
  • In case of a no-show, 100% payment will be charged.

REFUND

  • There is no refund policy, but if you want a refund you can request it but you have no right if the property decline your request.

DAMAGE

  • If anything is damaged inside or outside of the property that belongs to the property, the guest will be charged the payment of that thing & the guest has no right to argue.

RESERVATION

  • At check-in, guests must have to provide CNIC / Passport & Visa.
